Audit Log Exports
- Audit Export WDM Audit Log Snapshots (8 overlapping) Hash-preserved raw CSV exports from the Flock portal. Independent re-analysis of all 11 WDM exports (2026-03-16 to 2026-04-18) found no row-level field mutation for any record appearing in two exports; every inter-export difference is whole-row turnover consistent with a ~29-30 day rolling export window. An earlier unverified derived count of 39 'swap pairs' does not reproduce from the raw data and is not cited as mutation evidence. Cited in: Audit Mutations
- Audit Export Cross-City Audit Exports (Johnston, Waukee, Urbandale) Audit exports from neighboring cities showing similar audit-log quality failures reported in other cities (independent reproduction pending). Cited in: Audit Mutations
- Analysis Independent Audit Log Analysis (April 8, 2026) Independently published snapshot-diff analysis. Its core pattern — removals always equal additions, zero in-place field modifications — corroborates F-027's no-row-level-mutation finding by a separate method; its 2.6–7.1%/day mutation-rate figure did not reproduce under a June 2026 re-derivation from raw CSVs and is not relied on. Also flags 17 WDM records reappearing non-sequentially across snapshots, an open question not fully explained by the rolling-export-window account. Cited in: Audit Mutations
